At HEGHU, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure a premium shopping experience. Please read the policy below to understand our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation process.

🔁 1. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
Requests must be raised within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product.

If you did not like the product and wish to change it, only exchange is allowed (no refund). In such cases, the customer must bear both return and forward shipping charges.

To initiate a request, please contact our support team with your order number, 360° unboxing video, and clear images.

🎥 2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

IMPORTANT: A 360° parcel opening video is mandatory at the time of opening your package.

Without this video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.

💰 3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

The refund will be processed only after the product is returned and passes quality inspection.
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

👉 No refund will be provided if:

  • The correct product is delivered
  • The customer does not like the product
  • Required proof (video/images) is not provided

❌ 4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

📦 5. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags
  • 360° parcel opening video is mandatory
  • Issue must be clearly visible
  • Request must be raised within 1 day of delivery

👉 Important Conditions:

  • Returns/exchanges are only for damaged or wrong products
  • If the correct product is delivered, no return or refund will be accepted
  • If customer still wants to exchange (due to dislike),
    ✔️ Only product exchange will be provided
    No refund
    💰 Customer must pay return + forward shipping charges
